Subscription and payment

When subscribing to any programme you commit to paying the agreed fees in full or according to the chosen instalment plan. Instalment reminders are sent automatically before due dates.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of starting the programme if it does not suit you; after that a partial refund policy applies based on what has been consumed.

Student conduct

We expect all students to observe good manners and respect inside halaqat and the community. The platform administration may suspend any account that violates these values.

Intellectual property

All educational materials and content on the platform are owned by Mishkah and may not be republished or distributed without written permission.
